Planning to dive into all of these this weekend. And to your question, I bet the internet would smell different daily. I sometimes wish it were scratch + sniff. Today it might smell like the Olympics? Or...John Edwards?
Hee! I'm all blushy.
I think the internet would smell like christmas fires and B.O. But in a way where you can't stop smelling even though you know you should stop. This is a bad analogy. I'll stop now.

for me, five star friday smells like life. like thanksgiving dinner which includes all the best smells (turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy) but also the ones we need help to handle (like drunken uncles, critical mothers, and shrieking children). life.
Well you featured The Bloggess and Sweetney so tonight, to me, the internet smells extra fresh, if you get my extremely inside joke.
Cool! Who would have thought that being such a bad mother would pay off?
And the smell of the internet? I am thinking it smells like belly button lint. That has been festering in a jar for years. The trolls that live in their mothers basements collect it to sell on Ebay to pay for their WoW addiction. Every now and then you get a whiff of flowers when The Bloggess flutters by on her unicorn.
Wow, what good company! I am only a third of the way through and have already discovered some new favorites. How did I miss these people?
